Morning Yoga Sessions -
Breathwork, Meditation and Asana Practice. Engage in a powerful morning practice to boost your energy for the day ahead, including pranayama exercises and inner exploration.
Philosophy Lectures:
Discover a new way of living by taking your first steps along the teachings of ancient sages and seekers who shared this knowledge thousands of years ago. Learn and practice a set of tools that you can carry with you throughout your life.
Daily Workshops:
Challenge yourself through yoga asana workshops to enhance your overall physical health. Yoga asana practice helps keep your body young, strong, and flexible while promoting longevity, all while teaching you to stay present.

Indoor & Outdoor Afternoon Activities:
We'll have time to play, have fun, and get to know each other. Some of these activities will take place at The Space, surrounded by trees and a forest, while others will occur at one of the beautiful nearby beaches.
Evening Yoga Sessions:
Wind down your day with a relaxing asana practice, accompanied by mantra chanting, guided meditation, or a campfire on the beach.

Boxing is a combat sport and discipline that requires punching and moving techniques, endurance and self-defense. They say that boxing is an art because it requires tremendous amounts of both fluidity and precision.
Classes improve reflexes, self confidence, agility, cardio, self defense, muscular strength and boxing techniques. The class features 30 minutes of fast paced exercises followed by 30 minutes of boxing.
